AI替身仍在开发和验证中，可能出现错误建言、遗漏、延迟、功能变化、数据同步失败或临时中断。邀请不构成公开销售、持续可用承诺或正式商业发布。AI替身 remains under development and validation. It may produce incorrect counsel, omissions, delays, feature changes, synchronization failures or temporary interruption. An invitation is not a public sale, a promise of continuous availability or a general commercial release.

• 你应提供真实、必要的账号信息并妥善保管密码和设备；provide necessary and accurate account information and protect passwords and devices;
• 邀请码仅供指定私测参与者使用，不得出售或公开传播；invitations are for designated alpha participants and may not be sold or publicly distributed;
• 发现账号异常、设备遗失或会话泄露时应及时退出或联系我们；sign out or contact us promptly after suspected account misuse, device loss or session exposure;
• 不得试图访问其他用户数据、绕过额度、安全边界或授权机制。do not attempt to access another user’s data or bypass quotas, security boundaries or permissions.

你保留对所提交内容的权利，并授权我们在提供、保护和改进 AI替身所必需的范围内处理这些内容。你应确保对上传、采集或分享的内容拥有合法权利，并对其中涉及的第三方隐私负责。You retain rights to submitted content and authorize us to process it as necessary to provide, protect and improve AI替身. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for content you upload, collect or share, including the privacy of third parties represented in that content.

AI替身输出用于辅助判断，不构成医疗、法律、证券、财务或其他需要执业资质的专业意见，也不保证任何业务、融资、投资、健康或法律结果。你应核验事实，并对最终决定负责。AI替身 output assists judgment. It is not medical, legal, securities, financial or other licensed professional advice, and it does not guarantee any business, fundraising, investment, health or legal outcome. You must verify facts and remain responsible for final decisions.

除非产品明确展示并得到你的确认，AI替身不应代表你付款、发送消息、提交表单、修改外部账户或删除外部数据。你不应利用自动化功能实施违法、欺骗、骚扰或侵犯他人权利的活动。Unless clearly presented and confirmed by you, AI替身 should not make payments, send messages, submit forms, change external accounts or delete external data on your behalf. You may not use automation for illegal, deceptive, harassing or rights-infringing activity.

在法律允许的最大范围内，私测服务按“现状”和“可用”提供，不提供不间断、无错误或适合特定目的的保证。对于因依赖建言、服务中断、设备或第三方平台限制而产生的间接、附带或后果性损失，我们在适用法律允许范围内不承担责任。To the fullest extent permitted by law, the alpha is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free or fit-for-purpose operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on counsel, interruption, device behavior or third-party platform limits.

法律可能赋予消费者不可排除的权利。本条款不限制这些强制性权利。Applicable law may provide non-excludable consumer rights. These terms do not limit those mandatory rights.

你可以停止使用并申请删除账号。为保护用户、系统或遵守法律，我们可能限制、暂停或终止滥用、越权、攻击或严重违反条款的账号。我们可能随产品演进更新功能和条款，重大变化会以合理方式通知。You may stop using the service and request account deletion. To protect users, the system or legal compliance, we may limit, suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, unauthorized access, attacks or material violations. Features and terms may evolve, and material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.

本条款适用宇瀚（深圳）人工智能有限公司所在地的适用法律，同时不影响用户依法享有的强制性权利。争议应先通过善意协商解决。These terms are governed by the applicable laws where Yuhan (Shenzhen) Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. is established, without limiting mandatory rights available to users. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
