2. API Compliance and Acceptable Use

Our Internal Tools integrate with third-party services, including the Google Ads API. Authorized users must utilize these tools in strict compliance with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Extracting or exporting data for unauthorized external distribution.
• Using the tools to circumvent any security measures or usage limits imposed by Google.
• Employing the tools for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, algorithms, workflows, and scripts developed by Yuhan Digital remain the exclusive intellectual property of Yuhan Digital. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the source code is strictly prohibited.

4. Modifications to the Tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of our Internal Tools at any time, particularly to ensure ongoing compliance with API provider policies and to enhance system stability.
